The form contains some mandatory boxes, or ‘fields’, identifiable by an *asterisk*, which you must complete before the form will permit you to proceed further. The form should identify these if you do accidentally leave them blank.

BOOKING PROCESS
Once again we will be following the event booking guidelines suggested by the main MG Car Club, partly because the Midland Centre isn't classed as a Tour Operator and doesn't have the necessary licencing, therefore the entry process for the 2026 Welsh Touring Rallye will be in two parts.

PART 1 -THE RALLYE BOOKING... Please complete our online Rallye Run Booking entry form (link below) then please submit your payment of £65 per car for MGCC /MGOC Members (or £70 for Non Members) which will cover the costs for the basic Rallye, Refreshments & Lunch. This will need to be paid directly to the MGCC Midland Centre by bank transfer upon submission of our online entry form.

When you have completed this step and have received confirmation from us of your entry, you will also receive a Unique Promo Code for the Hotel Booking (see details below)

PART 2 - THE ACCOMMODATION BOOKING... We have arranged with the Metropole Hotel and Spa, Temple Street, Llandrindod Wells, Powys, LD1 5DY for a fixed price from £85pp per night for a 'Classic Room', including dinner bed and breakfast. So, the weekend hotel rate will be from £340 per couple.

6 • Classic Single @ £100/Room/Night - Total = £200
16 • Classic Double or Twin @ £170/Room/Night - Total = £340
19 • ClassicPlus Double or Twin @ £180/Room/Night - Total = £360
8 • Superior Double or Twin @ £195/Room/Night - Total = £390
1 • Luxury Tower Double or Twin @ £215/Room/Night - Total = £430

‘First come - First Served’ Basis……

When you have received confirmation of your entry onto the Rallye, please arrange your own hotel booking by telephoning the Metropole Hotel (01597 823 700) quoting the 'HOTEL PROMO CODE’ which you will receive following the submission of this form. Not forgetting to request the hotels cancellation arrangements if your circumstances change.

TOTAL COSTS FOR THE WEEKEND... For MGCC & MGOC Members the total cost will be from £405 (Hotel From £340 + Rallye Run £65) if you hurry and book a Classic room.

Not forgetting this includes ALL MEALS.

PLEASE NOTE - SCRUTINEERING:-

Your car may not be scrutineered at the start, but when signing on you will be asked to confirm it is roadworthy, has any appropriate MoT, and of course it is taxed and insured.
CHOICE OF ROUTES

There is a choice of TWO Saturday runs, the Classic and the Challenge. The former is based on 90 miles whilst the other is 120 miles. Just to make the Challenge Run a little different an optional Treasure Hunt section will be included.

Both runs will visit the famous Eppynt Ranges used so frequently when real rallying was allowed! A real taster to enjoy. Both will enjoy the motoring delights of the Brecon Beacons with coffee stop and lunch all included.

TERMS & CONDITIONS.......
Cancellation of the Midland Centre Rallye Run only by the Entrant

You should inform the MGCC Midland Centre by using the Midland Centre Contact Form which must be received by us in line with these following periods as soon as you become aware of circumstances that may lead to a cancellation.

Cancellation charges for the Rallye Run are as follows:- For notice of cancellation received within 14 days of the event date = 50% of price paid.

Payment in full by BACS is due upon form submission.
(Or Cheque to Entry Secretary if Preferred)

Entries will be deemed to be accepted when BACS payment into the account has been made.
