  • Applications are accepted until all spaces are filled. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any application.

  • Acceptance Terms:

    Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and an invoice for their booth. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
  • Cancellation Policy:

    In the event that a vendor needs to cancel, fees will be refunded in FULL if notification is received 30 Days prior to the date of the event. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received beyond May 19, 2026.
