The Only Request:
To keep your free listing active and showcase our partnership, we simply ask that you display our small "Preferred Vendor on Dearest" badge/icon on your website, linking back to your listing.

Dearest Network Partner Agreement & Guidelines:

By submitting an application, you agree to the following program guidelines:

Application & Selection: Submission of this form does not guarantee admission. All applications are reviewed by the Dearest team to maintain quality standards across our network, and approval is granted at our sole discretion.

Website Badge Requirement: To maintain your complimentary listing, approved partners must publish the official "Preferred Vendor on Dearest" badge on their business website with an active link to Dearest within 14 days of approval.

Exclusive Partner Discount: Your unique 30% discount code is non-transferable and strictly reserved for partner use. Codes may not be shared directly with, distributed to, or published for clients.

Redemption & Fulfillment: Partners must manage the purchase using their exclusive code- either by setting up the QR code gallery service on behalf of their client or gifting the purchased package directly to them.

When you join the Dearest Network, here is what you can expect from us:

Complimentary Directory Listing: We will publish and maintain your dedicated listing on the Dearest Vendor Directory at no cost, driving exposure to clients across the country.

Partner Discount Access: We will provide you with an active 30% discount code applicable to all Dearest Live Event QR Code packages (excluding gift cards) for your exclusive partner use.

Seamless QR Code Platform & Support: We handle all platform hosting, gallery uptime, technical setup, and end-user support for any QR code package set up through your partner discount.

Partner Recognition & Promotion: We will feature approved partners across our network and social media platforms to help connect you with local clients seeking photography, videography, and content creation services.

Fair Notice: If any program terms change or if we perform routine directory maintenance, we will provide partners with direct written notice before making updates to your listing status.

Term & Termination:

Effective Date: This Agreement becomes effective immediately upon submission of your application and acceptance into the Dearest Network.

Termination at Will: Either party may terminate this partnership at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice via email.

Removal & Revocation by Dearest: Dearest reserves the right to immediately suspend or remove a Partner's directory listing and deactivate their partner discount code in the event of:

Failure to display the required "Preferred Vendor on Dearest" badge on the Partner’s active website within 14 days of approval (or removal of the badge thereafter).

Misuse, public distribution, or unauthorized sharing of the exclusive 30% discount code.
Professional misconduct, fraudulent activity, or conduct that adversely affects the Dearest brand reputation.

Post-Termination Effect: Upon termination, the Partner must remove the "Preferred Vendor on Dearest" badge from their website, and Dearest will remove the Partner's profile from the vendor directory. Any QR code packages purchased before termination will remain active and honored for the client.

Independent Parties

This Agreement does not establish a joint venture, employment, franchise, or agency relationship. The Partner operates as an independent business.
