Terms & Conditions.

1. For Every Audition call sent by "On Deck Talent" or associate partners confirmation should be sent within 12hrs either accepting or rejecting.

2. If you confirm and don’t attend the auditions or call backs you will be warned. If this happens more than 2 times without good reason, you will be immediately deleted from our roster.

3. Discussing Budget directly with the production house is strictly prohibited.

4. Any Audition Details sent by On Deck Talent or associate partners should not be forwarded, if found your profile will be deleted without warning.

5. If you are not available for a specific period of time (Family Function, Holidays, etc) please inform us immediately so that we don't submit you for a role during that time.

We respect your privacy.

6. Commission will be charged on project to project basis.

7. Our Commission charge is 10% with or without an agent

8. All photos need to be professionally done for adults and taken with only a natural makeup look for headshots. For children a photo taken by phone is initially ok be sure that there are no people or objects in the background. Only clear photos.

9. On Deck Talent Can use your photos and Profile on our Official Website for Casting Purpose.
