When selling a home, it is important to understand that certain items must stay with the property.  These items include the stove, built-in microwaves, bathroom mirrors, etc.

Other items are expected to stay with the home but can be excluded.  These items must be noted ahead of time in the MLS listing. For example, draperies and sentimental light fixtures, etc.  It does need to be understood that in the case of light fixtures and other items that are permanently attached a replacement must be installed. In the instance of removal of curtain rods and tv mounts, the wall must be patched and painted upon removal.
