Please fill out the information below to determine your eligibility for our Pet Food Pantry.
All participants MUST be approved before attending the Pet Food Pantry. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Enrollment Requirements
- Enrollment forms and spay/neuter records must be received by the 15th of the month to participate in that month’s pantry.
- Forms received after the 15th may not be processed in time.
- After submitting this form, email spay/neuter records for all pets you are enrolling to: DelcoLovesAnimals@gmail.com
Spay/Neuter Documentation Requirements
All records must be legible, printable, and must include:
- Owner’s Name
- Owner’s Address
- Pet’s Name
- Clear confirmation that the pet is Spayed or Neutered
We cannot review any enrollment without complete spay/neuter documentation.
If your pets or the strays/ferals you care for are not yet spayed/neutered, we will accept a copy of a scheduled appointment. Once the procedure is completed, you must send the updated records.

Pet Eligibility Requirements
- Cats must be indoor cats, unless they are outdoor strays/ferals you feed.
- Dogs must not live outdoors.
Approval Process
- Once we receive complete and satisfactory documentation, we will email you with an approval notice.
- We will not contact you if records are missing, incomplete, or not received.
- You must present valid photo ID at each Pet Food Pantry distribution you attend.
