• Signature on the recommendation letter
• Name and address of the reference
• Relationship to the applicant
• Length of time the reference has known the applicant
• Reason why the applicant should receive the scholarship award
• Ensure that the recommendation letter is saved as: applicant's last name.first name - Scholarship 2026.
• If you are writing more than one recommendation letter, please upload each letter separately.
