The successful applicant agrees to be photographed, filmed, or otherwise documented during the course of the artist residency. These materials may be used by DesignTO and Le Germain Hotels for promotional, archival, and reporting purposes in both digital and print formats. By accepting the residency, the applicant grants permission for the use of their likeness and artistic process documentation without compensation.*
