Share Your DI Story

Every Destination Imagination (DI) experience has a story. We want to hear yours.

Maybe your team struggled to listen and work together at first but, through trial, error, and a lot of duct tape, became incredible collaborators. Maybe you met someone from another state or country through DI and, years later, you’re still friends. Maybe you’re an alum who relies on the creativity, problem-solving, and risk-taking you practiced in DI in your career today. Maybe you’re a parent who watched your child find their voice and gain confidence in themselves and their abilities. Maybe you’re a Team Manager who learned just how hard—and rewarding—it can be to step back and let young people lead. Or maybe you’re a volunteer who keeps coming back year after year because DI made an impact on you, too.  

Whether big or small, recent or years ago, we want to hear the stories that show what DI has meant to you.

A quick note for DI participants: If you're a minor where you live, please have a parent or legal guardian complete and submit this form on your behalf.

Permission to Share Your Story

By submitting this form, I give Destination Imagination, Inc. (“DI”) permission to use my name, statements, image, likeness, voice, and any photos or videos I submit for educational, promotional, marketing, and communications purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, DI websites, social media, emails, videos, advertising, presentations, and digital or print materials. I also give DI permission to share these materials with its Affiliates, partners, and sponsors for these same purposes.

If I am submitting on behalf of my child, this permission also applies to my child’s statements, image, likeness, voice, and first name.

If my submission includes photos, videos, statements, or other content involving other people, I confirm that I have permission to share those materials with DI and for DI to use them as described above. For minors, I confirm that I have permission from their parent or legal guardian.

I understand that DI may edit submitted materials for clarity, length, formatting, accessibility, or context and that no compensation will be provided. DI may also contact me about my submission, including to request additional information or permissions if needed.

I confirm that I am an adult where I live and am submitting on my own behalf or, when applicable, as the parent or legal guardian of my child.
