4. For international travelers, please upload a clear picture OR email a clear picture of your passport to Diamond Travel Group at info@diamondcolimited.com-Subject Line: Passport Submission.  
5. Once the form is submitted, you will receive the next steps to submit your deposit.

1. I acknowledge that I have read this registration form completely and the information I provided is accurate.
2. I understand that completion of this form does not equate to the vacation being booked, a price guarantee, or availability. Prices are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid and vacation has been booked. 
3. I understand that deposits are nonrefundable and other cancellation penalties may apply depending on the cancel date.
4. I understand that if my roommate(s) cancel, my rate may change and additional funds may be required to retain the booking.
5. I understand that all monies must be paid by the final payment date. If my balance is left unpaid, my booking will be canceled immediately without a refund. 
6. I understand, if travel insurance is purchased and a claim is filed that all claims are handled directly with the insurance provider. Diamond Travel Group is not responsible for claims management.

8. Copies of all passports will be required before finalizing all international travel and/ or booking international air travel. You can upload now or submit via email within 45 days before travel (unless special circumstances are discussed).
