By engaging in this service with Diamond GrowthWorks, I acknowledge that I am commissioning the creation and setup of a website with the intention of having control over it. I am aware that ownership of a website entails an annual purchase of the domain name (typically ranging from 10-20 dollars per year) and ongoing expenses for the website editor/hosting, which can range from 10 to 25+ dollars per month depending on desired features. Upon receipt of my website, I understand that I will be provided with an account, granting me the ability to independently edit the website and directly manage the aforementioned monthly fees through the website editor software without requiring external assistance. I also acknowledge that failure to renew the domain name annually or to fulfill the monthly payments for the website editor software will result in the website being inaccessible until the necessary payments are made.
