    Spots, will be the standard 10x10

    Spaces will be 25.00 each.

    Spaces can be reserved for 25.00 non-refundable non-transferable fee per spot. 

    Setup starts @ 7:00 & should be ready for customers @ 9:00

    You can request a space number after your deposit has been made & it will be in order received. I will make a comment to this post with a list of available spots & update as often as I can.

    If you do not reserve a space, it will be first come first serve on any unreserved spaces, starting @ 7:30 am

    There is NO electricity or water available, so please plan accordingly.

    You must provide all your own equipment for your setup, (if you have a tent or canopy, weights are required.)

    We only allow 1 MLM (Multi Level Marketing) rep per company. Examples are Scentsy, Color Street, Pink Zebra, etc)
    So if you sell an MLM, you MUST confirm with me first!

  • I understand that I’m considered a no-show if I have not setup or contacted event organizers by 8:45 the day of the event & my space can be sold to another vendor.*
  • I understand that if I’m a no-show without notifying Diana Trade Day organizers in advance, I will have to pay my booth fee in full & it will be non-refundable for any future events of the season.*
  • I understand that all vendors have to provide their own equipment.*
  • I understand that this event is held on pavement & Tent weights are required to avoid damaging other vendors merchandise, when your tent catches the wind. Weights can be as simple as jugs of water for each corner.*
  • I understand that if I don’t have weights for my tent I will be asked to take my tent down & my booth fees will not be refunded if I choose to leave the event.*
  • I understand this is an at your own risk event & the event organizers are not responsible for any damages.*
  • I agree to not park in Subways parking & block there parking for customers.*
  • I understand that no reservations for a future event will be made any sooner than the event of the previous month.*
