Diemand Farm is looking for a Kitchen Assistant Manager to help lead our commercial kitchen. This is a hands-on position that combines food production, team leadership, organization, and problem-solving.
If you enjoy working in a kitchen but are looking for a more predictable schedule than a traditional restaurant, this could be a great fit. You'll work alongside our Kitchen Manager, helping oversee daily operations while learning every aspect of the kitchen.
Our hope is that the right person will grow into the Kitchen Manager role over time. As you learn the operation, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and prepare for that role.
We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a small business where their contributions make a real difference and where there is room to learn and grow over time. We value people who take ownership of their work, aren't afraid to share ideas for improving how we do things, and are willing to jump in wherever they're needed.
