Catering - Dirty Whiskey does not cater. We have two on-site restaurants, Jersey Mike's and The BBQ Lab. You can arrange catering requests with Jesery Mike's at agrubbs@pagegrace.com or BBQ Lab at catering@theredneckbbqlab.com. We can let you know what food truck we will have on-site. No, you cannot book your own food truck. We do allow outside catering from a Cumberland County health inspected kitchen. We will not coordinate this for you. We do require a copy of the catering menu, Health Inspection, and Liability Insurance to be on file one week prior to your reservation. Cakes and cupcakes from your Momma’s house are welcome.*

Day of Coordination - Dirty Whiskey requires a day of coordinator for large events. Coordinator must remain onsite during the length of the event. An event timeline along with coordinator contact information needs to be submitted to Dirty Whiskey one week prior to the event.*

Gratuity - A 25% gratuity will be added to all bar tabs associated with the reservation. You are responsible for informing your party.*

Booking and Security Deposit - Full payment and signed agreement must be received to complete your event reservation. Your date and time will be held for 24 hours after sending your reservation agreement. The date and time will be released if we have not received a signed agreement and full payment made. We offer a 10% discount for all cash payments. A security deposit of $150.00 is required. The security deposit is fully refundable 2-3business days after your event and Must be picked up within 2 weeks of the event or it is no longer refundable. The security deposit of $150.00 is included in addition to your full payment. Deposits will be refunded if the building(s) and grounds are left just as they were before the event, to the specification of Dirty Whiskey & Dirtbag Ales. We reserve the right to charge for damages. In order to receive your full security deposit, these criteria must be met: NO underage drinking, NO outside food or beverages were brought to the event, NO drinking in the parking lot. If any of these rules are violated you will be asked to leave immediately. Full payments are due within one month of the event unless other arrangements are made. Large events made months in advance require half at booking with deposit and the other half due one month before the date of event. Any event booked less than a month in advance is to be paid at the time of deposit payment. *

Cancellation or Refunds - In the unfortunate event that your reservation is canceled, please contact Dirty Whiskey as soon as possible. If canceled within 72 hours of the event, no refund will be issued. If there is an “act of God” please reach out to Dirty Whiskey so we can work with you on an available date to reschedule your event. Security deposits are issued 2-3 business days after the event.*

Outside Services - No, we do not allow bounce houses, slides, tents, or personal grills. Smoking is only allowed outside in designated areas. You must have written permission to book a DJ, music, or entertainment. We do not have TVs, extension cord, projector, or microphones you can borrow. You will need to bring all necessary equipment. *

21+ Policy - Dirty Whiskey is a 21+ venue. Please let us know if you are planning an event where guests under the age of 21 will be included. We are happy to allow guests under the age of 21 during private facility rentals or patio rentals ONLY. Guests in attendance that are under the age of 21 are not permitted to drink. Children in attendance may not be left unattended at any time on the property. Dirty Whiskey reserves the right to take necessary action if children are endangering themselves on the premises. Small children may not be sent to the playground unattended while adults are in the Dirty Whiskey facility. *

Decoration - All furniture and table arrangements must be approved by Dirty Whiskey. We will require that your event coordinator be responsible for arranging furniture back at the end of your event. We do not allow sparklers. Please let us know what decorations or displays will be used and how they will be set up. Additionally, we do not allow the use of tape, tacks, nails, or other adhesive materials. *

Bar Service - There is a 25% gratuity added on to all bar tabs associated with a party or private rental. You are responsible for informing your guests of the mandatory gratuity. We are happy to work with you to provide the best experience for your event and offer a variety of options for bar service. Outside bar will have a set menu determined by the bartenders and Dirty Whiskey Staff. There may be a limited selection of beer, wine, soda, water, as well as a limited cocktail menu.
