1. Nature of the Intensive: I acknowledge that The Sovereign Spine Intensive™ is an educational and creative writing workshop designed to explore narrative structure. I understand that Christina Ditchkofsky is acting as a writing facilitator and strategic consultant, not as my personal licensed therapist, medical provider, or legal counsel.

2. Not a Substitute for Medical or Psychological Care: I understand that this intensive involves exploring historical trauma, coercive control, and survival patterns to build a written body of work. I acknowledge that this process may be emotionally taxing. I confirm that I am participating at my own risk and that this workshop is not a substitute for professional mental health care, trauma therapy, or psychiatric treatment. I agree to seek independent professional help if I require psychological support during or after this workshop.

3. The Covenant of Confidentiality (The "Vault" Rule): I understand that this is a secure, private container. I agree to hold the identities, stories, and shared experiences of all other participants in the strictest confidence. I will not record, screenshot, or distribute any part of the live broadcast, chat feed, or participant interactions.

4. Intellectual Property & Program Materials: I acknowledge that all curriculum, frameworks (including Narrative Anatomy™ and Story to Spine™), workbooks, and teaching materials provided by Christina Ditchkofsky are her exclusive intellectual property. I agree not to reproduce, distribute, or teach these methodologies to others without explicit written permission. I retain full, independent ownership of my own personal stories, timelines, and written work generated during this intensive.

5. Release of Liability: I fully release and discharge Christina Ditchkofsky and her company from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of my participation in this intensive, including any emotional distress or psychological impact resulting from the writing exercises.
