If you believe your account has been banned incorrectly, complete the form below and submit evidence to appeal your ban.

Please submit this form only once. Multiple appeals for the same account will not be reviewed.

We will review your appeal within 14 days. However, most decisions to ban an account are final, so if you do not hear from us within this timeframe, your appeal has been unsuccessful.

Why was your account banned?

We only ban accounts for significant and repeated artificial streaming. If you believe you've been incorrectly suspended for artificial streaming, please tell us more below.

Include details of any promotional campaigns or services that may have contributed to the artificial streams detected on your music.

We only ban accounts for blatant copyright infringement and unlicensed content, or after repeated warnings.

If you believe your account has been suspended incorrectly, please tell us more below. You can also upload the following files and documents to prove that you are genuinely the artist in question or that you have the right to distribute the music.

If the music is yours:

- A screenshot of your Spotify for Artists dashboard with the artist profile visible
- A screenshot of the backend of your official YouTube channel
- The equivalent dashboard on Apple Music for Artists, Meta, or another platform where you hold access

If you're releasing music by another artist:

- A signed and dated agreement, split sheet, or licence naming both parties and the specific release
- An email thread with the artist, their producer, manager, or label approving this release for distribution through Ditto, sent from an address connected to the artist, label, or management

What we cannot accept

Your own written statement, links to social media profiles, or cropped screenshots. Screenshots must show the full window with the artist name visible, and the logged-in account where the platform displays it.
