As an independent contractor with us, you are running a business within our business. In order to do this, there is some investment on your part such as licensing fees (depends on state), CRM monthly cost ($25), small annual agency fee (which covers your email and E & O insurance) and approx $29 background check (incl with sign on fee). We are not a hobby agency; you must generate your own leads beyond friends and family in order to be successful.
