Please note that this is a preliminary interest form — your reservation is not confirmed until you have spoken directly with a BLF staff member and signed a waiver form. Rooms are available Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Setup and cleanup must be included within the reserved time. Any reservations outside of these hours require a BLF staff sponsor to be present.

Please Note: If your group leaves the building during your reservation, you must inform the BLF staff member on-site before departing and provide your expected return time. This helps us coordinate staffing, maintain building security, and ensure access to the space upon your return.
