USAM Hair and Make Up Vendor Registration

In return, US American Miss will provide the following to the Hair and Make Up Vendor:

• Access to group hotel discounted rate during national pageant
• Sponsor can add material in National Delegate Swag Bag
• One ticket to the National Preliminary and Final Competition shows

In return, US American Miss will provide the following to the Hair and Make Up Vendor for the Sponsorship:

• Sponsor logo will be featured on the US American Miss National website with a direct link to your website
• Sponsor listing in National Competition Program Book
• Social Media Shout-outs on Facebook and Instagram throughout the National Queen's reign
• Access to group hotel discounted rate during national pageant
• Sponsor can add material in National Delegate Swag Bag
• One ticket to the National Preliminary and Final Competition shows
• Your company mentioned during liveshows in front of hundreds and viewed via livestream by many more

Vendor agrees to remove its display and equipment and return the contracted space to the same condition as move-in.  Failure to do so will require the Sponsor to pay US American Miss a clean-up fee of $200.00.

Vendor agrees that there shall be no alcoholic beverages allowed or consumed during the exhibit hours, and that the use of tobacco during exhibit hours is strictly prohibited.

Vendor is responsible to insure its own exhibit, personnel, display and materials from any damage or loss through theft, fire, accident or other cause and accepts all risks. Vendor shall not make any claim or demand or take any legal action against US American Miss for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused to the Sponsor, its officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees or their respective property.

Vendor agrees to hold the US American Miss National Scholarship Pageant, and its officers, directors, agents, representatives, staff members, volunteers and employees, harmless of any and all claims, damages, costs and charges, or liabilities due to theft, accident, loss or injury during or resulting from Sponsor’s participation in the US American Miss National Pageant (including legal fees and expenses.  Signing of this Agreement releases US American Miss National Scholarship Pageant, along with their governing bodies, officers, volunteers and staff from any liability of any kind that may be incurred in connection with the US American Miss National Scholarship Pageant.

Vendor shall not make any claim or demand or take any legal action against US American Miss for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused to the Sponsor, its officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees or their respective property.

Vendor and US American Miss shall have the right to cancel this Agreement by notice in writing no later than ninety (90) days before the start of the pageant.

US American Miss reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if it deems that the Sponsor has violated the Agreement, displayed poor judgement, or is unprofessional in any way.  US American Miss will not provide refunds for any reason.  If, for any reason, legal action would need to be taken to enforce this Agreement, or due to a disagreement of these terms, or for any other reason, the Sponsor shall pay all related legal fees, court costs and any other expenses incurred by US American Miss.

I understand and agree with all of the above statements and the terms of this Agreement.
