IMPORTANT NOTICE – PLEASE READ: By entering and using our play facilities, you are entering into a legal agreement with Dream Centre Christian Church LTD (ABN 95 057 856 569), trading as Dream Factory. These conditions affect your legal rights. Please read carefully before signing or agreeing online.
1. Acknowledgement of Risk: I understand that activities such as jumping castles, inflatables, playgrounds, and play equipment involve inherent risks, including the risk of falls, collisions, or other accidents. I acknowledge that serious injury or death can occur, and I accept these risks for myself and/or the children I am responsible for.
2. Release of Liability: I waive and release Dream Centre Church, trading as Dream Factory, and its staff, volunteers, and agents from all liability for personal injury, death, or property damage, including where caused by negligence, breach of contract, or breach of statutory duty. I understand this waiver does not apply if injury or death is caused by gross negligence (reckless disregard for safety).
3. Supervision of Children: All children under 14 years of age must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times. By bringing children into the facility, I confirm I am their parent/guardian (or authorised carer) and I accept these terms on their behalf. I understand and agree that Dream Centre Christian Church, Dream Factory, its staff, and volunteers do not accept any responsibility for supervising or monitoring children, regardless of age. I accept that any perceived presence of staff or volunteers is not a substitute for parental supervision, and no reliance can be made on staff being available or trained to monitor children.
4. Emergency Medical Consent: I authorise Dream Factory staff and volunteers to provide first aid and arrange medical treatment (including ambulance transport) if necessary. I agree to pay all associated medical/transport costs.
5. Responsibility for Personal Belongings: Dream Factory takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
6. Compliance with Rules and Instructions: I acknowledge that staff or volunteers reserve the right to intervene and remove any person (child or adult) who, in their sole discretion, is acting: unsafely, recklessly, in breach of the rules; or in a way that endangers others. Removal for such behaviour may occur without refund or compensation, and may include refusal of future entry.
