Drive Smart Idaho Enrollment Form

Online Course & Behind the Wheel Instruction*
This enrollment form is for students who need the full Driver's Ed course, which includes access to State of Idaho approved online coursework and 6-hours of behind-the-wheel training with a licensed instructor. If the student only needs behind-the-wheel instruction because they have already completed their coursework from another resource, please fill out this form: Behind-the-Wheel instruction Only instead.

Drive Smart Idaho primarily serves Owyhee (Within 20-mile radius of Marsing, ID) and Canyon Counties. If you need Driver's Ed, but do not live in Owyhee or Canyon County, you should first contact Luci@DriveSmartIdaho.com (or by phone/text: 208-850-6351) prior to enrollment to determine service availability.

Please note, there is no guarantee Drive Smart Idaho will be able to serve students in outside of Owyhee and Canyon County. Please do not proceed with enrollment without confirming service availability, if you reside outside of Owyhee or Canyon County.

If you have not yet applied for a Driver's Permit at an Idaho DMV, please do so immediately. The Student will not be able enroll in this course until he/she has applied for a Driver's Permit. Full payment must be made to complete this enrollment. Drive Smart Idaho uses PayPal as our payment processor. You do not have to have a PayPal account to submit payment. This form accepts Debit/Credit Cards and PayPal accounts, which includes all payment methods associated with PayPal (Credit/Debit Cards, Venmo, ACH, etc.). All payments are made to Drive Smart Idaho, LLC. A receipt for services will be included in your enrollment confirmation email as an attachment.
