    The Harvest Market Collective at Salt & Acres is back for its second year, bringing together over 60 hand-picked vendors showcasing the best of fall in Colorado. From vintage finds to local crafts and tasty bites, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you're browsing autumn styles from Due South or sampling treats in the tasting room, it's a celebration of community and creativity. As a vendor, you'll be part of the magic, contributing to the unique products and flavors that make Harvest so special. Don't miss your chance to join the Harvest family!
  • VENDOR NOTE:

    Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our event. Applications will be accepted through July 2024, or until all spaces have been filled. Applications will be reviewed, and decisions communicated by August 2024. Past attendance at any event does not guarantee acceptance at this event in 2024. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any application. All booth spaces are outdoors.

  • Acceptance Terms:

    Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and an invoice for their booth. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced on our social media and other platforms. We will also send a more detailed layout of booth location, logistics and marketing materials to help you prepare and promote your booth at the event. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
  • Sales Tax:

    You are required to charge and pay sales tax on any items that are being sold. It is your full responsibility to collect and pay this to the state of Colorado.
  • Booth Specifics:

    You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tables and chairs and inventory. Because this event is outside, we HIGHLY encourage a popup with sides during the times the event is closed. We are located in an area that can get blustery and even a light fall rain has happened in October! So, COME PREPARED and bring weights for that canopy! Please note: All canopy's must be 10x10 with a white canvas. We will take care of properly fastening the tents to the ground. More details to come.
  • Cancellation Policy:

    In the event that a vendor needs to cancel, fees will be refunded in FULL if notification is received before August 15th 2023. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after August 15th, 2023.
