English Bulldog Rescue of Ontario reserves the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to adoption. Please note that we normally receive several applications for each dog and we do not chose the applicant on a first come, first served basis but rather choose the best possbile match for each of our bulldogs.
