  • When you become a member of an association/board, a National REALTOR® Database System (NRDS) number is issued to you. This number will never change. If you don't know your NRDS ID you can click the link below to find it:

  • If you are applying as a Secondary Member or Transferring Member, then a Letter of Good Standing is required from your current Primary association/board. The Letter of Good Standing must state if your local, state & national dues have been paid for the current year, your National REALTOR® Database System (NRDS) number, if your New Member Orientation has been completed, and the date the NAR mandated Code of Ethics training and Fair Housing training was completed. A receipt for your dues payment is not acceptable. All of the above information is required to process Secondary/Transferring Member applications.
    *Important Note: If you are currently a primary member of another state association/board, as well as a secondary member of another Florida association/board (not ECAR), please provide a Letter of Good Standing from both associations.

    Primary: You have not paid membership dues to NAR, Florida REALTORS, or local ECAR in the last 18 months.

    Secondary Out of State: You have paid Primary dues through an association in another state. Florida REALTORS and local ECAR dues have not been paid.

    Secondary In-State: You have paid Primary dues to NAR and Florida REALTOR dues have been paid. Local ECAR dues have not been paid.

  • Suggested $20.00 RPAC Voluntary Contribution

    RPACs mission is to identify candidates for elected office on the local, state, and national levels who will work with REALTORS® to promote and protect REALTORS® and the American Dream of homeownership. The money to accomplish this comes from voluntary contributions made by REALTORS®. These are not member’s dues; this is money given freely by REALTORS® in recognition of how important campaign fundraising is to the political process.

    Contributions to RPAC are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are voluntary and are used for political purposes. The amounts indicated are merely guidelines and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amounts. The National Association of REALTORS® and its state and local associations will not favor or disadvantage any member because of the amount contributed or decision not to contribute. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal. 70% of each contribution is used by your state PAC to support state and local political candidates; 30% is sent to National RPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 52 U.S.C. 30116. 30% of contributions received from corporate entities shall be forwarded to the National Association of Realtors Political Advocacy Fund.

  • The Supra eKEY is a mobile app that allows REALTOR® members to securely access Supra electronic lockboxes, making it easy to show properties and manage listing access directly from their smartphone. It provides convenient, secure entry to participating listings and helps streamline the showing process. While the Supra eKEY is a valuable tool for conducting business, it is not required at the time of onboarding as a new REALTOR® member and can be obtained later if needed. Supra $50 activation fee is seperate from dues and billing for Supra is setup directly with Supra at time of eKey activation.
