Ministry Network information form

A Ministry Network is formed by two or more Episcopalians from two or more parishes in the Episcopal Church in Connecticut (ECCT) who are collaborating together to serve God’s mission in a specific ministry. It may:

be organized informally or formally;
be temporary or intended as more permanent;
arise as completely new or originate in an historic organization or longstanding committee;
have other partners, including but not limited to other churches, other faith groups, and civic or community groups and organizations;
change seldom or frequently in organization and/or partnerships;
vary in identification by Region and strength of parish support;
and differ in other unique ways.

To acknowledge and celebrate your presence and work, and let others know about your Ministry Network, we ask you to complete this form. We’ll ask for your review and update annually.
