HOW TO REGISTER:

1. Complete and submit this registration form.

2. We will check if you are eligible for a discount and apply the fee accordingly.

3. We will send you the invoice & link to make the reservation payment.

4. The registration is confirmed after receipt of full payment.
FEES & DISCOUNTS

1) Conference Fee: Including conferences, supporting material, coffee break, lunch, and dinner. No accommodation and/or other arrangements are included.
- For EFFAS Members*: €150
- For Non-EFFAS Members*: €500
*EFFAS Members refers to participants who are individual members of one of our EFFAS National Member Societies. If this is your case, please select which association you are a member of in the question below, and we will contact your association.

2) Accomodation Fee: €400

The nights of the 19th and 20th June 2024 in a single room at Sheraton Porto Hotel & SPA, breakfast included. All other expenses or additional services, like room service or laundry, must be paid by each participant directly to the hotel.

3) Early Bird Discount: Register & pay before the 31st May, and secure a 20% discount.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations must be sent in writing to office@effas.com and EFFAS must confirm receipt of the cancellation in writing.
- For cancellations before 19th May 2024: 50% of the Registration fee paid will be refunded.
- For cancellations after 19th May 2024: no refund is possible.
