Please note for existing students requesting timetable change, an additional cost of $100 will be charged once the request has been approved before the students are allocated to the new timetable. For new students requesting timetable change, it will be free of charge during the first week after the new term starts.
Note: this is a request form only and by completing this form does not in any way guarantee that Evolution can accommodate your inquiry. All efforts will be made where possible, though class numbers are full and we can not always accommodate such requests.

I understand that timetabling involves many factors including but not limited to class numbers, kitchen availability, and training facilities. Requests will be considered on a first-in first-served basis.My request will be taken into consideration and every effort made to accommodate my needs, especially if I have compelling circumstances (Requests for change to accommodate employment hours will be considered but are not considered compelling circumstances), but no guarantee can be made that my request will be possible and/or approved.I also understand that an additional cost of $100 will be charged once the request has been approved before I am allocated to the new timetable.
