LIABILITY WAIVER*
In consideration of the acceptance of my application and the permission to participate as an entrant or competitor in the England's Medieval Festival Archery Tournament on 29, 30 & 31 August 2026, I hereby state I have training and competence to participate in the event(s) that I have chosen. I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE England's Medieval Festival Ltd., Pippingford Park Estate and all other associations, sanctioning bodies, event suppliers (services and equipment) and sponsoring companies, and elected and appointed officials, successors and assigns, OF AND FROM ALL claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action, whether in law or equity, in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property HOWSOEVER CAUSED, arising or to arise by reason of my participation in the said event, whether as spectator, participant, competitor, or otherwise, whether prior to, during or subsequent to the event, AND NOTWITHSTANDING that same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the aforesaid. I FURTHER HEREBY UNDERTAKE TO HOLD AND SAFE HARMLESS AND AGREE TO INDEMIFY all of the aforesaid from and against any and all liability incurred by any or all of them arising as a result of, or in any way connected with my participation in the said event.
INSURANCE COVERAGE WAIVER*
On behalf of myself, I confirm that I have or will have for the entire period of time that I am on the grounds of Pippingford Park and participating at England's Medieval Festival, have public liability insurance cover in order to take part in the archery competition, any siege / battle or any other display at the Festival; or I will purchase this coverage on the day from the archery competition organisers.

I/We agree to allow the festival organisers to take and to use images (moving or still) of myself and/or my group while taking part in England's Medieval Festival for any and all purposes whatsoever, without restriction, limitation or condition, including, without limitation, in connection with any and all advertising and promotional purposes and have unrestricted use of these images, without any royalty or further payment.
