Terms & Conditions:
1. In the event that a session has been overbooked, 'the first paid, first booked' rule shall apply.
2. All requests for postponement or cancellation must be communicated in writing via email to marketing@easypowersolar.co.za
3. No refunds whatsoever will be made whatsoever in the event of postponement or cancellation 7 days prior to course commencement.
4. A penalty fee (ie; 25% of course fee) will be charged for any postponement or cancellation made within 7 days prior to commencement of course.
5. Applications for postponement (attendance for a different course date) must be received in writing at least 14 days prior to the course date. Application will be reviewed and accepted only should there be availability on requested date.
6. Only one postponment request will be free of charge, granted that the request in made within the 14 day window as stated above. Any following requests will be charges an administration fee (ie. 25% of course fee)
7.Application for postponement received less than 14 days prior to the commencement date will not be considered and cancellation policy will apply.
8.EasyPower reserves the right to cancel or postpon any course due to unforseen circumstances or should the minimum required number of enrolments not met.
9. In the event of cancellation or postponement as specified in previous point, the student will given first preference in booking next available course date. (This will be at no additional cost of the student nor entitle them to a refund)
10. Students may be substituted in the event the registered student can't attend for any reasonable cause.
11. All substitute students must notify EasyPower of their substitution at least 3 days prior to course commencement.
