If you are interested in your child trialing for our 2027 intake of Eastern Suburbs FA Mixed JDL teams, please fill out this form.

Before commiting to trial, parents must be fully aware of the training and game commitment and cost of our program. Children are expected to attend ALL sessions and games. Details can be found on the ESFA website;
