This award recognises an EWA affiliated Club who has displayed an outstanding level of engagement within the community across multiple levels.

The following criteria for Club of the Year to be considered for the award:
- EWA affiliated Club
- Metro: based within Perth metropolitan region
- Regional: based outside of Perth metropolitan region
- Contribution to sport of Equestrian in WA

EWA affiliated Clubs are required to submit a nomination for their Club.
