Please complete the inventory when you receive the trailer and report any issues or missing items to the relevant committee representative. At the completion of the event, conduct a second inventory and forward it to the committee. Please check all items, including those you believe your club did not use. The trailer should be returned to the Eventing WA shed or passed on to the next committee by the Wednesday following your event.
- Each club must nominate a contact person responsible for the inventory and notify the committee of this contact.
- Please be mindful of where the trailer is parked. It does not need to be locked away but should be positioned out of sight from busy roads or high-traffic areas.
- Ensure the trailer is loaded correctly to maintain appropriate weight distribution.
- Any damage to tie-down straps must be reported immediately so they can be replaced before the next transport.
- Please note that if inventories are not submitted, the grant/subsidy will not be paid.
- Tablets, start clocks and stopwatches are managed separately and will be brought to events as required.
