    Congratulations! You're working with your students to take environmental action! The deadline closes Friday, March 3rd. This is earlier this year so that we can get you implementation funds 2 weeks after that to start implementing ASAP! If you need assistance filling out this submission, please contact Sarah Jennings, sjennings@earthforce.org. Finalists and budget approvals will be notified by email by March 10th, 2023. For implementation funds to be dispersed, you and an admin, will have to e-sign an agreement to use the funds for the student-led project only.

  • Get access to the Shared Google Folder here, to get the necessary materials to submit.

  • Action Plan & Budget Submission

    Upload the fillable PDF (or alternative Google Slides template), the budget spreadsheet (as Excel or link the Google Sheets in your Google Slides), and at least 1 visual (map of where you live in the watershed, image of your action plan prototype, art, images, table with timeline of your action project, etc.) Three files should be uploaded at minimum. You can include images, budget link, and proposal information all in the Google Slides template and submit together or submit them separately. Combine files when you can. Do not add identifiable student names on the proposal or budget.

    This is optional for educators and facilitators to be highlighted in our newsletters, social media, and even the finals! We would love to recognize and elevate YOU and all of the work you have done.
