    In order to book your teleconsultation, we'll first need you to answer a few questions from our medical team.

    This telehealth session is not a replacement for a primary care relationship. We encourage you to see your health provider at least once a year.

    This is not an emergency service. If you are suffering from severe symptoms and require immediate medical attention, please go to a clinic or a hospital.

  • How menstrual health teleconsultations work

  • Step 1
    Answer a few questions about your health history. Select a date and time for your teleconsultation. You will receive a text message confirming your appointment details and your video call link. 

    Step 2
    Click on the link to commence the call at your scheduled timeslot. Your appointment will last for up to 10 minutes.

    Step 3
    If you're prescribed medication, we'll send across instructions on how to make payment. Receive your medication in between 2 - 3 business days, or within 24hrs if you opt for express delivery.

  • This refers to birth control methods such as the oral contraceptive pill, the hormonal IUD, the contraceptive patch etc and excludes non-hormonal methods such as condoms and the copper IUD.
