  • Position Overview:
    The Church Secretary at Ebenezer Baptist Church plays a vital role in ensuring our ministry operates with excellence, warmth, and integrity. This part-time, in-person position provides administrative support to the Pastor, leadership and ministries, while serving as a key point of contact for our church family.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as Administrative Assistant or Church Secretary
    • Minimum typing speed of 65 WPM
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Experience transcribing recorded meetings/sermons
    • Familiarity with Baptist church culture and operations
    • Experience with Canva, Publisher, or other design tools
    • Experience with ACS or other church management software
