CANCELATION and REUND POLICY: 0-Day Cancellation Notice: Cancellations made 30 or more days before the class start date will receive a 100% camp credit, valid for future camps or programs within 12 months. Emergency Cancellations: If canceling within 30 days due to a documented emergency (e.g., illness or family emergency), families may choose: A full camp credit valid for 12 months, or A 50% refund with supporting documentation (e.g., doctor’s note or proof of emergency). Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the camp start date. If We Cancel: If Victory Creative Learning cancels a camp due to low enrollment or other emergencies, families will receive a 100% refund minus processing fees. Non-Transferable Credits: Credits can only be used for future programs within the same family. How to Cancel: To cancel, email us at support@victorycreativelearning.com with your child’s name, camp session details, and the reason. For emergencies, attach the required documentation. This policy balances fairness and flexibility while addressing unexpected events. For questions, contact us anytime!
AUTHORIZATION OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE: In case of a medical emergency when I cannot be reached, I hereby authorize Victory Creative Learning LLC to seek medical care for my child at the nearest hospital, clinic, or medical center. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
LIABILITY WAIVER: I agree to hold harmless Victory Creative Learning, LLC, and its employees from any and all personal injuries, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expenses arising out of or resulting from the use of equipment or property owned by or under the control of Victory Creative Learning, LLC while participating in an activity sponsored by Victory Creative Learning, LLC.
LIABILITY WAIVER: All students must be fully potty trained and able to participate appropriately with other children and staff. Any children who is not able to follow the behavior expectations will be withdrawn from camp without a refund.
MEDIA WAIVER: I hereby grant Victory Creative Learning, LLC, the right to record the image and/or voice and of my child on videotape, on film, on photographs, in digital media and in any other form of electronic or print medium and to edit such recording at their discretion. I understand that my child’s full name, address and biographical information will not be made public.
