-Registration is free of charge; the deposit for your program will be due 90 days prior to the program date.

-We work to secure your preferred date, but confirmation of each program date is subject to venue availability. We promise to find a date for you, though!

PARTICIPANT INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE: ECHO Education requires a minimum of one (1) adult (teachers and/or chaperones) per ten (10) students. ECHO Education will set the max number of parent chaperones able to participate after receiving your registration form, and reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of parent chaperones permitted to participate in the program as a result of adjusted student participant counts, venue requests, and/or the available space on buses.

There is a minimum of 40 participants required to register for a progam (this minimum includes chaperones, teachers, and administration).

We understand participant numbers may not be exact at this time, but rather an estimate. We will adjust numbers as needed in the new school year.

PROGRAM DATE PREFERENCE

Please Note:

For registration to be accepted, you must select three different dates below.
Deposit will be due 90 business days prior to program date. Deposit total is $1,500 and goes toward the overall program cost. Remaining program balance is due in-full 30 business days prior to program date, after final participant counts are received.
Payment schedule flexibility is extended to schools who register for a program date that occurs in October, November, and Decemeber 2025.
ECHO Education covers the program fees for the Lead Teacher and one (1) Administrator from your school.
