This is a virtual art exhibition open to artists from the Tri-State area;
SE Pennsylvania, NJ and Delaware.

Submissions accepted through November 20.

The art will be hosted on our Fall of Freedom webpage and featured on our social media from November 21 through December 31.

Art will be purchased directly from the artist, who will be contacted via the email address provided within this form, without oversight or interference by Eclipse C3.

Notification of acceptance status will be sent within 48 hours of receipt of the submission.

Submission fee $10

If you wish to send in MORE than FOUR works, you may complete another $10 submission form.

You may submit up to 4 pieces of original artwork.

You may include 2 high resolution, print ready 300 dpi, photos of each work. Photos and description may be used to market the show if your work is accepted. If the photos are too big when you try to upload them please forward them to EC3gallerist@gmail.com.

Submission and Payment
By completing this submission you agree to the following:

INDEMNIFICATION:
The Artist agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Eclipse Cener for Creative Community (EC3) and related parties harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) from any third party arising from the Artwork, the Artist's exhibition participation, the Artist's interaction with any buyer, any breach of the Agreement, or any infringement of third-party rights, including intellectual property.

ARTIST WARRANTIES (Intellectual Property):
The Artist warrants they are the sole owner of the Artwork and its intellectual property rights, and that the Artwork and its use by Eclipse will not infringe on any third-party rights.

The Artist is solely responsible for handling the sale of the work through the virtual exhibition, including payment processing, complying with legal and tax obligations, including sales tax. The Artist is responsible for providing accurate artwork details, handle shipping and/or delivery to the buyer, and is expected to establish clear policies on returns and warranties and meet the buyer's expectations.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS:
The Artist acknowledges and assumes risks associated with virtual exhibitions, such as unauthorized downloads. The Artist releases the Eclipse Center for Creative Community and related parties from claims related to the exhibition, including damage or theft, unless due to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
