The management agreement with Eclipse Property Management requires that all owners have property insurance on their rental unit and that Eclipse Property Management be listed on the policy as "Additionally Insured". Listing Eclipse on the policy as "Interested Party" or "Additional Interest" does not meet the requirement.

If we do not obtain proof of insurance listing Eclipse as "additional insured", we will simply add your property to our Surevestor master general liability policy for a small monthly fee of $15/ unit, which includes a $4.46 administration fee.
