We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to education, community building, and empowerment for individuals within the alternative sexuality community, sex work industry, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Our mission is to create a safe and inclusive space where individuals can freely express their sexuality and gender identity without fear of discrimination, judgment, or violence.

Events Team

The Events Team is responsible for planning and executing a variety of events that engage and support our communities. We need creative and organized individuals who can handle the logistics and challenges of event management.
Volunteer Coordination Team

The Volunteer Coordination Team is crucial for recruiting, training, and supporting our volunteers. We need individuals who can effectively manage and motivate volunteers and ensure they have a positive and impactful experience with The Autonomy Project.
Marketing & Outreach Team

The Marketing & Outreach Team is essential for promoting our events and initiatives, increasing our visibility, and engaging with our communities. We need creative individuals who can develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
Merch & Fundraising Team

The Merch & Fundraising Team supports our financial sustainability through merchandise sales and fundraising campaigns. We need creative and strategic individuals who can develop and implement effective fundraising initiatives.
Education Team

The Education Team develops and delivers educational programs that support our mission and empower our communities. We need knowledgeable and inclusive individuals who can create engaging and accessible content.
IT & Backend Team

The IT & Backend Team ensures that our technological infrastructure runs smoothly, supporting all our operations. We need tech-savvy individuals who can manage our systems and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Financial Team

The Financial Team handles our organization's finances, ensuring we remain sustainable and transparent. We need detail-oriented individuals with experience in financial management and budgeting.
Building & Rentals Team

The Building & Rentals Team is responsible for managing our physical spaces and rental operations, ensuring they are safe, functional, and welcoming. We need individuals with experience in facility management who can handle the logistical and operational aspects effectively.
Admin & Member Experience Team

The Admin & Member Experience Team is crucial for ensuring that our organization's operations run smoothly and that our members have a positive and fulfilling experience. We need detail-oriented individuals who can manage administrative tasks efficiently and enhance member satisfaction.
