I acknowledge and accept the responsibility to work in accordance with the safe work method statement relevant to my trade or tasks on this project. Company policies are a fundamental part of your contract with Edgecorp and must be read and understood to ensure that you, your staff, and your team are fully aware of your responsibilities as a vendor of Edgecorp. You are required to read all the policies covered in the induction. By signing off, you confirm that you have read and understood all policies, including but not limited to the Environmental Policy, Health and Safety Policy, and Quality Policy, and that you are fully aware of the rules and responsibilities associated with your engagement with Edgecorp. I understand that failure to comply with the points discussed and the requirements outlined will result in my removal from the site.
