  • Vendor Engagement
    • During the term of providing services to Edgecorp Constructions, the vendor must provide any information reasonably required by Edgecorp Constructions to confirm that the vendor, and as far as practicable, its subcontractors, are complying with all applicable obligations under the Fair Work Act 2009, Fair Work Regulations 2009, and the Occupational Health & Safety Act 2004.
    • During the term of engagement, the vendor must conduct annual audits to ensure that correct wages, loadings, allowances, and penalties have been paid to its employees. Any underpayments identified must be rectified within 30 days.
    • During the term of the contract, the vendor must notify Edgecorp Constructions of any:
      • Compliance actions taken by the Fair Work Ombudsman, including but not limited to penalty infringement notices, compliance notices, enforceable undertakings, proactive compliance deeds, or court orders; or
      • Compliance actions taken by WorkSafe Victoria, including but not limited to penalty infringement notices, improvement notices, enforceable undertakings, proactive compliance deeds, or court orders; or
      • Any other court orders arising from non-compliance with the Fair Work Act 2009, Fair Work Regulations 2009, or Occupational Health & Safety Act 2004 by the vendor; and 
      • The vendor must also inform Edgecorp Constructions of any remedial actions required, taken, or proposed in response to these compliance actions or court orders.
    • During the term of the contract, the vendor must actively and cooperatively participate in all compliance activities related to its obligations under the Fair Work Act 2009, Fair Work Regulations 2009, and Occupational Health & Safety Act 2004. This includes, but is not limited to, participation in investigations of workplace incidents, complaints, and audits conducted by the Fair Work Ombudsman, WorkSafe Victoria, or other regulatory agencies.
    • Edgecorp Constructions reserves the right to terminate its engagement if the vendor fails to comply with any of the above clauses.
  • Declaration

    I/We warrant that all information provided to Edgecorp Constructions was accurate, current, and complete at the time it was submitted, including but not limited to details about our workplace policies, practices, compliance with obligations under the Fair Work Act 2009, Fair Work Regulations 2009, Occupational Health & Safety Act 2004, and contract management practices.
