RMQM needs: extension cord with 2 outlets, minimum of 2 tables and preferably 2 quilt racks, microphone or headset and projection system for most presentations. If not available - please note - so we can determine needs and discuss how to adapt for your location.

Cost Information:

A single Trunk Show is included with an Annual Guild Membership. Please include the month of your guild membership payment.

Mileage and lodging if needed is reimbursed to the presenter. IRS rate at the time of the Trunk Show or Presentation will be used. Mileage is calculated from RMQM to your location and back. Check can be made out to the actual presenter at the time of the Presentation.

Lodging may be needed due to distance and/or weather concerns, or time of presentation combined with travel time. This will be discussed after availabilty of your date and specific show is verified.
By your "signature" below you agree to the terms stated above, and agree to pay said fees at the end of the program. Either party may cancel without penalty, but a 24-hour cancellation notice is requested. If distance to location is more than 2 hours from the RMQM, a 48 hour notice would be greatly appreciated.
