    Before we can begin creating your Shop Box, we'll need to know how you want to pay for the items you decide to keep.

  • Download, fill and e-sign the Credit Card Authorization PDF (below) and send to hello@marigoldmodern.com.

    This payment information will be stored securely and confidentially so you will not need to provide payment information on future Shop Box orders. You may see a $20 charge from us -- this is simply a holding fee while we shop for you and will be credited toward your final purchase. You will only be charged for items you decide to keep.

  • Shop Box terms & conditions

    By submitting this form, you agree to terms of Shop Box by Marigold Modern Kids. Once box is delivered, you will have 5 days to try items and contact us with any questions, exchange requests, etc. Any items you wish to return can be sent back with the pre-paid shipping label. Items not return-shipped within 8 days of delivery will be yours to keep and your card will be charged. Due to the trial nature of Shop Box, returns and/or exchanges will not be permitted after purchase is finalized. 

    By e-signing below and submitting this form, you authorize Marigold Modern to charge your credit card for agreed upon purchases. You agree that information will be saved to file for future transactions on your account.
