Angry Cute E-girls FC Member Highlight!

The FC member highlight is an optional, friendship building event we do monthly! The content includes two portrait style photos of your in game character, a written About the FC Member article to go on the FC website, and a podcast hosted in the FC Discord and in game! You may choose to do only the article and photos or opt out entirely- Scarlet will then choose someone else to be the FC member Highlight for that month. You must read the agreement below and sign to be eligible for the Podcast, as there is a lot of consent required when doing this kind of content. Details can be discussed before or after this agreement.

INFORMATION AND AGREEMENT TERMS 

1. Interview is consent based. In the event that the fc member does not want to do a recorded podcast, they can opt to answer the questions via text and get only the feature on the website. Fc members may also opt out of the FC Member Highlight entirely when approached.
2. Topics that are a no-go are discussed first and ruled out. The interviewee can decline to respond to any question they want without judgment. 
3. For now, the podcast is pre-recorded and edited, and posted on YT with a recording of characters in the interview room or at a venue depending on the event time and comfort level of the FC Member.
4. Podcast Set will be designed based on the person being interviewed and the theme they choose, if it is an FC member.
5. Whether or not they decide to do the podcast/video interview, they can do just the article and will get a custom set of portraits from Scarlet to be featured on the FC website.
6. In the event that we move to a twitch live stream, all questions will be revealed beforehand to the FC member so they can prepare and be on topic- they must consent to receive surprise questions beforehand and they can opt out or refuse to answer them with no judgment.
7. In the event that a spouse or close friend is also in the FC, we may reach out to ask if they want to be present in the call to ask some of the questions or provide fun commentary. All of this will be transparently communicated to the interviewee and they must consent to it.
8. Interviewee dictates whether the audience is quiet or can provide commentary/cross talk during their interview.
9. The interview will be about 30 minutes edited, but may take longer to record depending on how long the answers to some questions are. The interviewee agrees to allow Scarlet to edit and omit content as needed to shorten the length for the video/podcast. Scarlet agrees to preserve the integrity of the interview and will not edit things out of context in bad faith.
10. The interviewee agrees to have their voice (or question answers in text) recorded and put on youtube, the fc website, or twitch/other sites depending on the format of the interview. In the event that the interviewee later decides that they no longer want the content to be available for viewing and requests for it to be taken down, we agree to take down the video or article with no repercussions or judgment.
11. Until we open this podcast up to general friends of the fc, we will pull the interviewees from those who have logged into game in the last 14 days, barring an extenuating circumstance like a financial burden that prevents them from playing the game, provided they are still generally active in the discord.
12. The format and details of this event will change and grow as we figure out what does and does not work- any and all changes will be communicated to the FC as a whole, but also live in the general information document for this event.
13. Scarlet and the interviewee agree to approach this interview in good faith and good spirits, and have fun with it. This should stay light hearted, be ffxiv and interpersonal friendship building related topics. No politics, heavy world issues or IRL drama will be discussed as we are not able to safely moderate these topics and have no desire to.
14. Scarlet reserves the right to opt out of a video or audio interview and offer only an article and photo shoot to the FC member highlight as she deems fit.
    The FC Member Highlight may not always include the podcast. It is not a guarantee and is done at the discretion of the FC’s officer group. The podcast may not always be posted if there are content issues or the person leaves the FC or is under a behavioral watch by the FC officer group.
15. The podcast will be on Monday nights at 5pm PST, Friday Nights at 5pm PST or Saturday afternoons at 2pm PST depending on the interviewee’s availability. When agreeing to do the podcast, you may choose one of the three upcoming slots. If those days/times do not work or scheduling the podcast becomes difficult, Scarlet reserves the right to opt out and select a new interviewee or respectfully choose to do only the written article and photo shoot.
