REGISTER YOUR TEAM IN 3 EASY STEPS

Step 1: Reserve Your Spot
• Complete the "Save My Space" form to secure your team's participation.
• Your confirmation email and message will include the Participant Permission Form (PDF).

Step 2: Your Team Details
• Provide information about your team members and any special accommodations needed.
• Upload completed permission forms for each team participant.

Step 3: Choose Your Workshops
• After steps 1 and 2 are completed, you will receive an email with a link to indicate your team's workshop selections. [no link at this time]
• Read a brief description about the INSPIRE workshops. (Note: The workshop selection link will be shared once all workshops and presenters are confirmed.)
• Personalized schedules will be created for each participant and distributed upon check-in on March 18, 2026.

- You will see a Thank You message onscreen once your application has been successfully submitted. An email will be sent to you with a link to the final registration.

Eligibility & Requirements

Who Can Participate: The Institute is open to Massachusetts high school teams consisting of four students and one teacher. Schools can register up to three teams.

Teacher’s Role: The teacher will serve as the team coach, providing guidance and support throughout the event and action plan implementation, and the primary contact for event communications and registration process.

Diversity Encouraged: We strongly encourage teams to represent a diverse range of backgrounds and perspectives.

What’s Included: INSPIRE is free of charge for all registered participants. Registration includes access to workshop sessions, materials, breakfast and lunch, and participation in the Action Fair.

Registration Deadline: Please complete the 3-step registration process for your team by Wednesday, March 11, 2026.

YOUR TEAM PARTICIPATION

Teams should consist of one teacher and up to 4 high school students. If you would like to register more than 1 team, please complete a form for each team. Schools may register up to 3 teams of 5. Please complete a separate form for each team.

 

TEACHER LEAD & SCHOOL INFORMATION
