INSTRUCTIONS

BluePrint 2026 is a statewide program offering young Democrats a hands-on experience in political organizing, campaign strategy, and convention participation. Students will attend a free one-day political training institute and then join the 2026 Massachusetts Democratic Endorsing Convention May 29-30, 2026 (DCU Center, Worcester) as a non-voting youth delegate.
