Sign up your classroom to receive a USA Flag Kit
Please complete this form to receive a USA Flag Kit for your classroom. Each kit will contain the fabric tiles, a pre-paid postage form to return the tiles and instructions.

We can send one kit per teacher. To receive more kits, each additional teacher must complete the signup form.

Deadline: Completed USA Flag Kits must be returned to us using the pre-paid postage by Thursday, October 1, 2026.
All USA Flag Kits will be sent to the address provided below. Kits cannot be sent to a PO Box.
