To help with the process, we decided to do an application. Please know that you are all an important part of our W2W network. Summer Staff/Interns are selected based on a number of factors including which countries are represented at the program, the progress made on your action plan and/or the projects you have participated in since your W2W experience, experience in leading teams and most importantly, how coming back will positively impact and enhance your leadership skills. Selecting our summer staff is never easy! You are all incredible and we are fortunate to work with you!
We are looking to do something a little different this year. We are asking that all summer staff arrive on July 19th and the program will kick off on Tuesday, July 23rd. We will be using the days leading up to the program start as team building and training as well as some fun activities.
