Equi-Health Canada™ Instructor Sponsorship Application
Please complete all sections to apply as an instructor for Equi-Health Canada™. This Sponsorship is eligible to all Canadians for 50% off of the regular tuition fees ($2999.00). If selected, you will be responsible to pay the remaining 50% ($1499.50 + tax) before training will begin. Sponsorships will be selected by April 30, 2026 and will expire within 30 days if payment hasn't been made, so that we can offer the spot to another applicant.
